  • Where do you ship to?
    Each Maker/Creator has individual shipping policies and timeframes. Please review this with them before you proceed and refer to our Policies Page for more information on how we support quality work and transactions. If you have any questions, we ask that you reach out to us via the Contact Us form.
  • How do I apply to be a creator at CultureSchool?
    Registered members are eligible to sell on CultureSchool. Non- registered members can apply to join our Maker Community but must must create a member account to upload and submit content. Our Maker approval process takes up to 7 business days.
  • How do Creators/Makers get paid?
    It is free to list your content! However, to keep the lights on we charge a 20% commission + 3% fee for all transactions that take place on or because of our site. Payouts are mailed monthly minus these fees.
  • How do I reset my password?
    Visit the log-in page and click Forgot Password and a link to reset your password will be sent to your email.
  • How is CultureSchool different from other online marketplaces?
    At CultureSchool we pride ourselves on leaning into the multitude of people authentically practicing cultural artistic traditions often to a limited audience. As a people focused company we aim to bring you small batch and well-curated items and experiences that will enrich your life. It is also very important to us that we stay true to our values of appreciation, not appropriation. Our diligent behind the scenes work allows users the confidence in knowing that their purchases are authentic and respect that culture. Just use the search box to find what you would like to learn about or buy and know that you are supporting diverse small businesses locally and globally.
  • How do I enroll in a class or tutorial?
    Courses are offered by creators either on demand or live. If a course is open, the Enroll button will be active and you may sign up to view it at your own pace or live.
  • How do returns, refunds, and shipping work?
    Each Maker is required to share their shipping, return, and refund policies on the site for tangible items and in communications with buyers. Please make sure you read each Maker's policies before making a purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, we will try our best to make things right if we are notified within 72 hours of receipt. Learning experiences are non-refundable unless canceled by the user within 24 hours.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
