CultureSchool Community Guidelines

Welcome to CultureSchool! We’re thrilled to have you as part of our community. To ensure this is a safe, supportive, and inspiring space for everyone, we’ve outlined a few key guidelines. By participating, you agree to uphold these principles and contribute positively to our shared mission of learning, growth, and cultural appreciation.

Respect creators. Don’t infringe copyright or claim someone else’s work as your own. If it’s not yours, credit the source/creator when you save or share it. If you post content here, you understand others may save and remix it within the platform as part of how collecting works. We respond to copyright complaints and may remove content and restrict repeat infringers.

1. Respect Others

  • Treat all community members with kindness and understanding, even if you don’t share the same opinions.
  • Be mindful of your words and actions, avoiding any form of disrespect, harassment, or hostility.

2. Embrace Diversity

  • Celebrate the unique backgrounds, traditions, and perspectives of others.
  • Avoid making assumptions or perpetuating stereotypes about any culture, identity, or group.

3. Zero-Tolerance for Hateful or Derogatory Content

  • Hate speech, bullying, or any form of discriminatory or derogatory behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • Overly political or divisive content that detracts from the community’s mission will not be tolerated.
  • Any reported instance of hateful or derogatory speech will be addressed with urgency. Multiple complaints will result in immediate removal from the platform. CultureSchool reserves the right to determine the severity of single complaints and act accordingly.

4. Foster Constructive Conversations

  • Engage in meaningful discussions that encourage learning and growth.
  • Disagreements are natural, but keep debates respectful and focused on ideas, not individuals.

5. Share Thoughtfully

  • Only share content, resources, and experiences that align with CultureSchool’s values of education, wellness, and community building.
  • ALWAYS Give credit to original creators when sharing their work (see above and below).

6. Keep It Safe

  • Protect the privacy of others by not sharing personal information without consent.
  • Do not post spam, misleading content, or unauthorized promotions.

7. Report Issues

  • If you encounter behavior or content that violates these guidelines, please report it to our team at info@cultureschool.org. We take all concerns seriously and will address them promptly.

Addendum Title: Respecting Creators: Copyright & Attribution
Added December 30, 2025

1) Don’t post what you don’t have the right to use

To protect creators and the community:

  • Don’t infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.

  • Don’t upload, repost, or distribute content you don’t have permission to use (unless your use is clearly lawful, e.g., properly licensed, in the public domain, or otherwise permitted by law).

2) Don’t claim other people’s work as your own

You may not:

  • remove watermarks/credits,

  • falsely label content as “original” when it isn’t,

  • imply endorsement or authorship you don’t have.

3) Attribution is required (not optional vibes)

If you collect or share work that isn’t yours, you must provide attribution by doing at least one of the following (preferably both):

  • link to the original source page, and/or

  • name the creator/brand/rights holder.

If you genuinely can’t identify the creator, you must include the best available source information (original URL, publication, or where you found it).

4) Remixing expectations (what you’re agreeing to)

Our platform is built for inspiration and iteration. By using the Service you acknowledge:

  • Content you share in public/shared areas may be saved and remixed by others within the Service.

  • Remixing does not mean ownership transfer—creators retain their rights, but the Service enables saving and reuse flows consistent with visual collecting platforms.

5) Reporting & enforcement

  • If you believe your work is being used without permission, you (or the rights holder) can submit a copyright complaint.

  • We may remove allegedly infringing content and may restrict or terminate repeat infringers.

Consequences for Violations CultureSchool is committed to maintaining a positive environment. Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, content removal, or removal from the community, depending on the severity of the issue. Repeated offenses, or any actions deemed severely harmful, will lead to immediate removal from the platform.

Together, We Build a Better World CultureSchool is more than just a community—it’s a movement to connect, educate, and empower. Thank you for helping us create a space where everyone feels valued and inspired to learn and grow. 💛
